Patna (Bihar) [India], September 4 (ANI): A portion of the boundary wall of Patna Secretariat ‘Vikas Bhawan’ collapsed on Wednesday, following heavy rainfall in the city, officials said.
Officals further added there was no loss of life or injuuries reported in the incident.
